Real estate renderings

Before I was self-employed, I worked full-time for a commercial real estate firm in New York City, within their retail sales division. I supported their sales team to sell or lease retail properties throughout the city. It was a face-paced environment, and I loved every minute.

One of my favorite projects was rendering old, and sometimes not-so-nice-looking properties, into beautiful modern buildings. The idea was that the sales team wanted a potential client to imagine themselves in the space — even if it currently wasn’t in the best shape. I would create email and printed flyers to help promote the property, which often included a photo rendering of how the property “could” look.
