Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is a commercial real estate firm located in NYC whose real estate agents often use email to reach clients. This flyer was created to promote a space for lease — showing three (3) different configurations available.
Aside from organizing and editing content so that the overall message was clear and legible, I also edited the building image to spruce up the storefronts to create a more appealing look.
